1.DESIGN REQUEST
We have put together all the information we need in order to give you an accurate quote. You can email us the filled in form plus any additional related files on [email protected].
2.DESIGN QUOTE
We will contact you if we have any additional questions. After considering all the aspects, we will give you a personalised quote for our design services.
3.DESIGN PROCESS
After you agree on our offer, we will design the first draft and send it to you for approval. If you have any changes to make we can always amend and resend the design to you for a second revision.
4.QUOTE FOR PRINTING
When the design is ready and agreed we will give you a instant quote for printing the products. When you confirm the quoted price we can start the production process.
5.PAYMENT & PRODUCTION
On thus stage we will send you a Proforma Invoice for the amount due as we require advanced payment. Once we have received the proof of payment we will start the production process, giving you the exact production and delivery time.
6.DISPATCH
We will pack your products, together with the Original Invoice, and dispatch them. You will receive an email from us confirming the dispatch with the tracking number of your parcel.
